Can I combine the different types of myopia management?

Research is limited in combining the modalities but preliminary studies are being done on combining orthokeratology with atropine.

Can I switch myopia management later?

There is no research indicating or contraindicating switching modalities later. It is a longterm treatment, that is why it is best to research what will be the best option not only at this time but also for years to come.

What if we wait to start myopia control?

If the optometrist has identified your child as fast progressing , waiting a year may increase their prescription when it could have been reduced by half the amount.
