  • Eye Exams

    • Children 0-19 years old every year

    • 20-64 years old every 2 years

    • Diabetics every year

    • Seniors 65+ every year

    • Exams outside of coverage period $100

  • Dilated Exams

    Eye drops used to make the center of the eye (the pupil) larger so Dr. Bzovey can perform a more thorough exam.

    Dilation is done on:

    • Some Children exams

    • Diabetic exams

    • Unexplained decreased vision

  • Glasses

    Most basic par of glasses are covered be Non-Insured Benefits. The schedule to get new glasses is:

    • Children every year

    • 20 years and older every 2 years

  • Extras

    There are extras available to purchase as add-ons for glasses. These add-ons are preferred to be paid for at the time of the exam.

    Payment types:

    • cash

    • debit, credit-card

    • EMT

    A 1 week grace period after the eye exam will be given for funds but if not received the glasses will be ordered without the extras to keep the timeline to get the glasses for the whole community as short as possible.

Lens Thinning

  • Best for prescriptions +/- 3.00 D

  • Best for prescriptions +/- 5.00D

Tinting

  • These lenses will get dark when you go outside and will return to clear when indoors. Tints come in grey or brown.

  • This tint is permanent and will not change in different lighting conditions. Can be done light, medium or dark.

Lens Coatings

  • This coating adds a layer to the lenses that significantly reduces glare off or your glasses.

  • This lens coating reduces the amount of blue light that your eyes see when on electronic devices.
