Specialty Soft Contact Lenses.
These soft contact lenses will be worn similarly to normal soft contact lenses. They contain technology that provides peripheral defocus which is shown to help slow down myopia progression. MiSight contact lenses by CooperVision are the only FDA approved contact lenses for myopia control. A new lens, Abiliti by Acuvue, has just been released which has similar efficacy on myopia control.

The contact lenses are worn for 10 hours per day for 6 days per week.

The lenses are daily disposable so they reduce risk of infection and are very comfortable.

There is no age limit for soft lenses. Eligibility comes down to the motivation and responsibility of the wearer.
